PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
National Office of Professional Development
The National Office of Professional Development of Nu Alpha Kappa Fraternity, Inc. believes that investing time before graduation of undergraduate members will create an unequaled opportunity to find a career. It surrounds itself with a positive growth atmosphere that promotes achieving more rewarding careers.

In order to improve the quality of the fraternity, members shall become educated in many aspects for; job seeking, retention, growth, and career development.

The Director of Professional Development will draw on national resources to provide both, undergraduates and alumni, opportunities in vocational training. This will include utilizing of university career centers and county workforce development programs, as a resource to conduct workshops on resume building, interviewing and career counseling.
